Working principle and advantages
Raw material are spreaded on the conveying belt through suitable auxiliary mechanism such as distributor, vibrating belt, pulverizer of granulator, belt passes the channel which containing one or several heating units; heating unit is equipped with air heater and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp exhaust system. When raw material is transited, hot air passes through or over it, in this way it makes raw material dry uniformly.

*Raw material water content rate: 60%~80%
*Finished products water content: 3%~5%
*production capacity: 100kg/h –5000kg/h
*Heat source: furnace ( fueled source can be coal, oil natural gas and electricity)
*Equipment material use: the area which contact with material is stainless steel, outside is Carbon steel
Depend on our drying experience, under this conditions, average mesh belt drying intension is 7kg HO
2 /m
2•h， the required maximum heat quantity for dehydrating 1 kg water is 1500kcal/kg，
